01 Acceptance & Scope of Service

By accessing this website (kbeducation.in), executing an institutional Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), or participating in our campus or virtual cohorts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

02 Institutional MoUs & University Deployments

For university and college partners:

• Syllabus Customization: All curriculum hours, lab setups, and capstone criteria are agreed upon prior to cohort commencement and aligned with institutional mandates.
• Faculty Quality SLA: Instructors deployed are vetted working practitioners. In the unforeseen event of instructor unavailability, KB Education provides replacement faculty meeting identical or higher experience criteria within 48 hours.
• Attendance & Performance Records: Detailed student engagement, project ratings, and rubrics are delivered to the department heads upon cohort completion.

03 Industry Mentors & Honorarium Commitments

For verified professionals on our trainer bench:

• Professional Standards: Trainers agree to adhere to academic decorum, session punctuality, and syllabus completion.
• Honorarium Remittance: Honorarium rates (ranging from ₹1,800 to ₹3,500+ / hr) are disbursed via direct electronic bank transfer on a predictable monthly schedule upon completion of assigned teaching hours.
• Administrative Exemption: KB Education directly interfaces with the university administration, managing invoices, logistics, and student scheduling on your behalf.

04 Certificates & Verified Credentials

Official KB Education Certificates of Completion with unique verification IDs are issued solely to enrolled learners who achieve minimum attendance requirements (typically 80%+) and successfully submit their assigned capstone deliverable.

05 Intellectual Property Rights

All course decks, case study repositories, proprietary datasets, and syllabus frameworks provided by KB Education remain the intellectual property of KB Education or its licensors. Partner institutions and students receive a non-exclusive license for academic use within the duration of the program.

06 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any individual MoUs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
